Frank Manning

Frank Manning (@billymanning) joins TheCollegeConservative as the Campaigns Coordinator for the Young Britons’ Foundation. He is a recent graduate of the University of Nottingham where he studied European Politics and plans to attend graduate school next year. He has written for Conservative Home, The Commentator, the European Journal and Wikiminster.  Frank Manning currently resides in London, England after spending 3 months in Washington D.C. training in political technology with the Heritage Foundation.  He can be reached here.
